Accuracy of Information

The GamePlank Website and its components are offered for informational and entertainment purposes only; GamePlank shall not be responsible or liable for accuracy, usefulness, or availability of any information transmitted or made available via the website or any of its other services, and shall not be responsible or liable for any error or omissions in that information, whether that content exists on GamePlank's blog, board posts, a member's channel, or functionality throughout the Website.

Streaming Content

If you will be streaming live content on GamePlank, the allowable content to stream is strictly limited to gaming content only. Prohibited streaming content includes, but is not limited to, any type of TV shows or movies, live action, cartoon, etc., pornography, or anything that has been illegally obtained or used. If the gaming content includes live-action video clips or movies, this is however acceptable.

Users and Members

You affirm that you are are fully capable and competent to enter into the terms, conditions, obligations, affirmations, representations, and warranties set forth in these Terms & Conditions, and to abide by and comply with these Terms & Conditions. You must be at least 13 years of age to use the GamePlank Website and its services. If you are under 18 years of age, you must be accompanied by your legal parent or guardian at all times during use of the GamePlank Website and you have full permission from them to use this service.

In order to use a majority of the services on the GamePlank Website, you will need to become a member by creating an account. You agree that you are in no way obligated to do so or use any of GamePlank's services at any time. You also agree that you will not log into or use another person's account in any way, including using their stream key, without permission from the account owner.

Permissions, Restrictions, and Intellectual Property Rights

You agree that you will not distribute any of the GamePlank Website content in any medium without written authorization from a GamePlank representative. You also agree that you will not distribute any of the content from a member's channel without permission from the account owner or owner of the content in question.

You agree that you will not alter or modify any part of the GamePlank Website, including but not limited to the embedded video player primarily used for live streaming on a member's channel.

You agree that you will only use the GamePlank Website to stream content it was intended for. Content not permitted on the GamePlank Website includes but is not limited to pornography, or obscene or defamatory material. You also agree that you will not live stream or post content that infringes on any copyright laws.

The content on the GamePlank Website, including all content in the form of text, software, scripts, graphics, photos, sounds, music, videos, and interactive features, is rightfully owned by GamePlank and should not be re-used or duplicated in any way outside of the GamePlank Website. This does not, however, include user-submitted or generated content.
